DaNorthernLight :

Any tips on not muting the high ‘e’ string with the major-chord hammer-ons (my ring finger hits or frets the string every time)?

Soldier1287 :

It sounds like Red Hot Chili Peppers

@Darkmetiusranger
Nope, Behringer sucks. They can only make good headphones lol.. if you are beginner with a small budget go for Epiphone, Cort, Yamaha, Squier Ibanez (For some metal), that are some good guitar brands, you can also have a look on Thomann.

Hey Dave I like the Taylor.. can’t wait to get my 650 series Taylor soon. Taylor guitars are the best in my opinion. My new site coming soon studio8acoustics.

kickedback67 :

Hey Dave, since this is about sharing I thought I’d share something that helped me. I normally play the A chord with one finger barred, I’ve seen lots of other people do the same. That being said, it won’t work with your progression, so…. because of large fingers the index, middle, ring finger is just complicated to play clean. But I found if I use middle, ring, pinky, it’s much easier, it’s a bit different than I’ve seen anyone else use, thought I’d share.
Rock On

H057IL3 :

Who won the see-through strat?

OrcMageRocker :

frizzlefrazzle888 :

how come its intermediate yet you spend so much time telling us how to mute E string when playing E bar chord which isnt THAT easy for any newbie anyway? (one of all those irrationalities here)

diptwares :

David you have good camera presence, but get rid of the hat, it drives us old people crazy!!

blackbiker1961 :

good useful infomation better than most i see on here

Snipa47Fan :

you look like dr cox from scrubs

jk140461 :

Doesn’t take the much needed pain to show the exact fret wher each finger should be and on which string- simply goes on showing the chords and the angle of the camera isn’t that helpful- a good guitar instructor is one who could stand in the shoe of the student and see from their eyes.
