Hey Justin, I really like how you show the lick in the beginning so people can see if this is the right lesson for them. It is a very subtle difference but makes a huge difference.
Thanks

That little tip about staring where your finger is going to instead of following the finger really helped. Video was worth it just for that, but the lick is sweet too. Thanks for another great lesson Justin

One person can’t play guitar at all.

These little tricks are great! you don’t have to spend weeks to learn them and they fit into so many different songs.

@Andbthecofd lame
ogenmatic :
Good tip about the eyes looking to where you are going instead of where you are.
This works for driving also.

@bluesatsunset My answer was to do with the jam he had at the end from approx 6:05 onwards. Pretty sure that’s what he was asking! lol
blade22224 :
Thanks for the tips guys!

@blade22224
There are several chords you can use with the AM Pentatonic scale mate but it might be worth your while keeping it simple to start with using the Am-C-G & D chords (mix them up accordingly as Justin starts with C moving to D. You don’t have to follow his pattern in the same order, just get the technique down & mix it up…Most importantly…..Have fun with it!
Chord5 :
@blade22224 It’s just A, there is no progression. He also adds in some curls on the low E 3rd fret which is a G and hammers on the 4th fret of the D string which is an F# . If that sounds confusing just mash the A, it will sound fine
cygnet1963 :
Great lesson Justin, and the “stare were your going” tip, so simple but what a great tip! Why didn’t I think of that? Thats why your the master! Thanks for your hard work!
jabberwocky1969 :
Staring at the place you are going to …. great tip. Same in motorcycle racing.

And that was some awesome improv at the end of the video Justin.
DaShortyJ :
I love doing this one in between lines during improv…maybe repeat it for tension and such…so fun!
