Please download the PDF here – www.guitar69.com In this video, we take a look at Chromatic Octaves – a study used to stabalize left hand position, work on preparation technique, and refine coordination between both hands. As stated in the video, please learn the basic chromatic octave scale first, and then work on both variations. I hope you enjoy the lesson and are helped by it. Thank you for any comments and ratings. Best wishes, Kevin Gallagher website www.guitar69.com blog http

Very nice; and helpful, thank you.

dtjesus :

Dude, your guitar sounds great, almost like a piano!

classicalguitartv :

you can use your P on the treble strings – no problem!

eros14521 :

I thought you only used p finger for the top three strings, yet you hit E and D at the same time? How would i do that? Do i use my i finger along with my P finger? I’m sorry for the stupid question but i can’t seem to find the answer.

vernonore :

Kevin, It’s a great priviledge to get these lessons for free.
Thank you very much for your trouble and time.
Can’t wait for your next lesson or song :-)

ARANJUEZCM :

You are one of the best guitarists – technically, plus your way of beautiful tone production and lovely expressions.
It always a great, enjoyable experience to watch your video, even if it’s just a technical lesson.

Thank you.
