TheRoflc0pterz :
Chappers, What gives you those insane pinched harmonics?
You’re pickups are awesome.
perseusbeatkraken :
@lain something the dude down there!
I noticed the jaw moving way back to and it’s cool!
What kind of head is that on top of the marshal? Oh and saro picking is very useful
justlaxn917 :
chappers, how do you keep your amp so quiet while your talking? im working on adding some stuff to my pedal board and want to get some sort of noise suppressor and i wanted to know if you use one at all or if you just turn it down or something, thanks a lot mate
idolthreat12345 :
you explain this very well, but what about chords from a harmonic minor mode. i’ve never really heard of anything like that until recently, from a friend.
Iaintnosynystergates :
haha i like how when u play somthing fast (5:32) u move ur lower jaw back and forth
berry9410 :
james hetfied was a drummer too. maybe thats why he is a rather good rhythm player too. and i learnt how to gallop by doing it slow like how chappers suggests, so i know that works
RomanusDigitus :
7:16 that’s what she said
326AM :
@RobChappers great taste in music man
Leviskardsen :
@ElJucifer Honestly, was there really any need for you to post such a rude and condescending reply to my comment? Is it so unbelievable that I could’ve formed that opinion by myself, without any outside influence? Metallica’s fanbase is huge, and it’s only inevitable that some people will come to the same conclusion.
For what it’s worth, I don’t read music magazines, and I don’t really use my internet for much other than Youtube and downloading music. Kinda stopped watching Chappers’ vids too.
cortarelva :
shiit shiit sound?? surely not mate
thomson125 :
A lesson full of win. Nice one Chappers!
ElJucifer :
@Leviskardsen Just out of interest which magazine or interent forum did you get that opinion from? Or did you you just watch the video where Chappers actually said pretty much those words in one of his videos?
ElJucifer :
@RobChappers Aw man, Alice in Chains. Yes, yes, yes!
boobtbam :
you said un edited.. then you edited. haha
xxxEnterSandmanXxX :
@RobChappers
Coolio thnx for the reply
RobChappers :
@TheClahn My favorite metal bands are Metallica, Megadeth, Testament, Slayer and Pantera. The king of these is Metallica, I always go back to the first 4 albums and just thin holy shot that’s good music.
My favorite band is probably either Soundgarden, QOTSA or Alice in Chains… too many good bands to pick one.
RobChappers :
@xxxEnterSandmanXxX To be honest I haven’t played the ML2 enough to know yet, it’s in China at the moment… Also I kinda fluctuate from week to week, some times I play the ML1, other days maybe my PRS or my Ghost Fret
RobChappers :
@Robbiedbee Thanks mate, I appreciate your kind words
xstevie666 :
@jobjob76 @jobjob76 That’s not an achievement I’m afraid. Drummers have been coming pre-fucked, right out of the box since the early 60′s. Don’t quote me on the date though, I’ve got a feeling the first “production, pre-fucked drummer” was released during the early Elvis era.
jobjob76 :
I fucked my drummer
Robbiedbee :
Rob dude, you’re such a natural at teaching. You do it clearly, eloquently and passionately. You make us all want to play more.
Boilhawk :
SHIT!
xxxEnterSandmanXxX :
Hey Rob man honestly which guitar you prefer your ML1 or ML2?
sify11 :
hey, you’re talking about me and ‘my’ drummer
Sickz666 :
Man im impressed Chappers! This got me into a whole new thinking of makeing / practiceing metal rhythm! Hopefully ill get a better righthand now doing these kind of stuff!
Cheers & subscribed!
