3 Mindset That You Should Know While Learning How to Play Guitar

3 Mindset That You Should Know While Learning How to Play Guitar

Actually playing the guitar is like a mind game. Yes of course. Why? First of all, I will explain somethings . Perhaps you, your friends, or anyone even me, when learning how to play guitar always meet obstacles. I would say, you will meet constraints, for sure. And many more factor that can take effect.

From many obstacles that we faced in playing guitar, we often feel frustrated, right? Or at least that’s what me and my students experienced. Some of them have said, I’m not talented, I’m busy, I’ve tried but still can not play with right, I’m not good at playing the guitar might be easier to play other instruments and bla bla.

And when they meet these constraints, they become lazy and they finally surrendered. It is unfortunate that when learning something but not completed, or at least not yet achieved what we desired.

There are things behind it all is the basis and principle before you start learning how to play guitar or maybe just to motivate you in the future

I remembered a song from Radiohead, anyone can play guitar. Of course, this is a powerful mindset. You must know that anyone can play guitar. And of course this was proven. I have many students, and wonderful of all them have a different personality. But, the question is, are they all talented? No. But at the end they all can play their guitar very well. And they enjoy playing their guitar. So, make a *note* in yourself that “anyone can play guitar”

For what? You must have a purpose in learning how to playing your guitar. You are confused, its ok. I will make it simple. Try answer this question. Who is your favorite guitarist? Who is your favorite band? What is your favorite song? Do you want to play your favorite songs in front of family, friends, girlfriends, even for an concert? If you can play your favorite song, will you write a song? Songs for the people you care about, or will you record it and sell it? Or you could just combine, like me, I want to adept playing guitar and please my life (playing guitar because it is fun and additive), make songs, and also I use my skills for teaching.

Discipline and practice. If you have a goal, of course you have to be discipline. Playing guitar in addition to the notion of theory, are required practice. Practice and practice. Create a schedule for practice session , you do not have to have time off for hours every day just to practice playing the guitar. You can divide it three times a day, and between 10-15 minutes each session. If you have a goal then you must have discipline, because you want to be able how to play your guitar fast, and get advance.

Maybe you could add some. However, three things can help your obstacles in learning to play guitar. Always remember, Can anyone play guitar, for what?, discipline and practice when you found any constraints

Play Guitar Using Free Lessons

Play Guitar Using Free Lessons

Because of the internet and generous people who like to share there advice and tips the world wide web is a great place to learn to play the guitar online using free lessons. No matter if you’re interested in rock, pop, blues or if you want to play acoustic or electric there are tons of resources online to help you.

Learning guitar TABS are always a good place to start when learning guitar for the first time. It seems to take some of the frustration out of not being to play right away. If you don’t know what TABS are they basically show you where to hold your fingers so you don’t have to memorize all the notes of the guitar.

So, what can free guitar lessons online do for a beginner? The main purpose is to keep you from feeling overwhelmed at all the information and guide you into playing your first song as fast as possible. Learning guitar usually takes about a year to get to playing how you’ve dreamed of being able to do. So it does require quite the commitment to see results, but if you make sure you’re having fun each time you pick up your guitar instead of: “Oh great! It’s time to practice guitar again” That time will fly by and you’ll be looking back from when you first started so proud of the accomplishment you’ve made.

It can be hard to keep up the momentum to practice when you should as a beginner but keep in mind that even the greatest guitar players started without the knowledge of what frets and tabulatures were or how to read notes.

The best way to learn is to get started! check out this review of an online guitar course for more information.

Play Guitar Quickly!

Play Guitar Quickly!

So you want to learn how to play guitar, but you just don’t have the money, the time or even want to deal with a guitar instructor.  Okay, fair enough. So what do you do? Well fortunately for you we’re living in the future, and if you don’t have the funds, or the time and you don’t want to take guitar lessons from a live person, well then you don’t have to. Let me ask you, have you given much thought to taking your guitar lessons online? That’s right, you can, and it’s great!

For me, private guitar lessons with an instructor were great for about the first three or four lessons, then I started looking for excuses not to go. I still wanted to learn to play guitar, but I wanted it to be on my time. What can I tell you, I was a rebel and I played by my own rules (just kidding).

I wasn’t lucky enough to have an older brother or sister who played guitar and could teach me. And except for air guitar, none of my friends played either, so I was forced to think outside the box. And fortunately for me, I didn’t have to think too long. Thanks to my parents, I had the guitar, we had a computer, and thanks to an ad I saw in the back of a magazine my guitar lessons would now be online. It was perfect, all I had to do was pay for the software, install it and the lessons would be anytime I felt like showing up.

I’m not going to lie to you, private lessons can be nice. For one thing, you’ve got an instructor sitting in the same room with you, waiting to correct your mistakes. Plus, he (or she) can show you how to play the music that you want to play, and not the music that is being drilled into your head with your online guitar course. However, private guitar lessons can be very expensive, and when you’re paying for your lesson times in advance, this can have a very negative effect on your savings. Not to mention, if I had to miss a lesson, the money was not refundable. I wasn’t made of money, and as I began spending most of it on guitar lessons, I began thinking that maybe I’d like to have some extra money for when the weekends rolled around.

Online guitar lessons were perfect for me because I was able to take the lessons when I felt like sitting down in front of my computer, I didn’t have to wait a week for my next lesson and the lesson could last for as long as I wanted. For others, that might not be so great. Let’s face it some people need to be pushed, and if they don’t have somebody (like a parent) giving them that gentle loving nudge in the general direction of their responsibilities, then they might not get there at all. As for me, I didn’t need to be pushed, because I knew it was all on me and I wanted to learn. I had the tools, so all I had to do was sit myself down in front of the computer and play.

Taking guitar lessons online can also be a great way for parents to find out if their son or daughter is going to stay interested long enough before they decide to spend their money on private lessons. Be honest, how many of you wasted large amounts of your parents money on music lessons, only to pack it all in and walk away before learning much of anything? Quite a few I’m sure. Well taking your guitar lessons online, can be a great way to learn from past mistakes.

Learning to play guitar online can be the perfect way for anyone who just wants to learn the fundamentals or for those who would like to avoid the high cost of paying an instructor, but still wants to learn to play. If this describes you, then I fully endorse this site  http://tinyurl.com/2e6xy9hs so that you can turn your dream into a reality and experience these benefits personally.

How To Play Guitar – For Beginners

How To Play Guitar – For Beginners

When you first start the guitar, the first step would be to learn the parts of the instrument. This will make it easy for you when people are explaining things during guitar lessons. It’s also important that you can tune your guitar, you can pick up a cheap tuner from almost any good music store or online. To tune a guitar you need to know which strings are which and what note they need to sound like, the strings from the top are: E – A – D – G – B – e. Tuning by ear can take some time to learn so I would strongly suggest getting a tuner.

Top three tips when tuning a guitar.

1. Use your ears.

When tuning the guitar try and use your ears more than any electronic device.

2. Take notice of pitch

Tune in the dark. This helps train your ears for better pitch control.

3. Use other music

Always play along to a song you know well to make sure your guitar sounds in tune.

When you get to the point where you actually want to start playing the guitar then it’s strongly recommended that you learn the basic major and minor chords and the minor pentatonic scale. This will serve as excellent foundations for your guitar playing and when you have learned them properly then you could be in a position to start making up your own very basic songs and riffs.

Using Power Chords

Some great bands use just simple chords such as Oasis. After you have mastered the simple chords the next step would be to work on power chords. Power chords are used in alot of rock music and are the basis of barre chords. Learning the guitar in these steps could really help your playing and make the whole process alot faster and easier.
