You did individual shots of each “instrument” that you loop. Then you run through again and use a 3D tracker to stitch them all together. No cuts, the smaller videos just start and end throughout the video.

haha i guess how i would do this without cutting is simply to have the cameraman stop and have joe get to where he needs to be, then simply speed up the clip when he’s standing still so that it looks like normal motion

i think i’m with gggil00 because if you stop at 0m55s there would be a joe in the background if it was a greenscren thingy… so i think he used a tripod sometimes

u used a green screen or u used a tripod when stoping the camera in specific angles that way it looks like a continuous shot, either that or David Blaine has a hand on this

Definitely some greenscreen action or compositing goin on here cuz I can see a border around him in some scenes.That or the HD just isn’t displaying properly…..Hmmm……DOH I’m still not sure……Aliens?……Merlin?…Chris Angel?…….GAAaaah!
