1= 1st string 3rd fret
2= 1st string 5ths fret
3= 2nd string 2nd fret
4= 2nd string 3rd fret
5= 2nd string? 5th fret
6= 3rd string 2nd fret
7= 3rd string 4th fret
8= 3rd string 5th fret

i don’t get how the numbers correspond with the notes at all. help anyone?

it is sloppy, but it works: first finger bar across 3rd fret lower 5 strings, second finger bar across 5th fret lower 4 strings…
