Beginners Guitar Lessons – A Time Tested Method For Beginners To Learn The Guitar

Beginners Guitar Lessons – A Time Tested Method For Beginners To Learn The Guitar

You may be the individual who has always wanted to play a musical instrument. Playing any instrument can be such a rewarding experience. Are you ready to learn how to play an instrument like the guitar? Are you also looking for a method that will be most effective in teaching you this instrument?

One of the most effective and successful methods for beginners guitar lessons would be to learn online. Perhaps the most worthwhile advantage in learning how to play the guitar online is that you can set your own pace. Unlike taking group lessons, you will not feel pressured to keep up with others who may initially find it easier than you. Conversely if you learn the technique quickly, you will not get bored by other people who are unable to grasp the lessons at your same pace. By learning online, you can complete each learning task slowly or rapidly; depending on your ability to grasp the many nuances of playing an instrument, but all without feeling stressed. No other individual will be in your class.

There are programs that are specifically tailored for the person first learning how to play the guitar. Yet, these online programs still use real music. If you do not know how to read music, relax. There are excellent programs that teach you how to read music, in addition to the techniques that you will learn in playing the instrument. Many professional instructors lend their teaching knowledge in many programs, to ensure that the learning process goes as smoothly as possible for people like you.

Learning from the best teachers possible is the key. It is important that you learn the correct finger placement on the frets, as well as the proper strumming method with the guitar pick. An individual, who in reality is nothing but an amateur would do you a great disservice if he/she were to provide instruction. Many of the best teachers in the world, who teach online, played in professional bands and know what they are doing. Other teachers who lend their services to these programs, attended major universities and focused their studies on the guitar in earning music degrees. It should be quite clear who you would seek to learn from with regards to this instrument.

One of the other advantages of the online programs is that they offer video tools to aid in the teaching process. It also makes learning how to play the guitar for beginners more effective and fun. Would you rather fumble around trying to learn a playing technique, as opposed to watching a video in which the process is explained in easy, step-to-step detail? Unless you really know what youâ??re doing, attempting to teach yourself would probably lead to poor technique as you go through the learning process. Make that if youâ??re able to learn anything at all, doing it on your own. You would probably just get frustrated and end up quitting.

For beginners, guitar lessons can be both challenging and frustrating. The best thing that you can do for yourself if you are really interested in pursuing this endeavor would be the following: Find a suitable program that best meets your needs as a beginning student. In the end, you will be rewarded with years of pleasure as you gain knowledge and show improvement on the instrument.

Now that you have read this article, if you want to learn how to successfully play the guitar, there is much information available. I simply could not include all of the information for beginning guitar lessons. If youâ??re interest is now piqued, please visit this site: http://theplayguitarlessons.info.

How To Play Guitars

How To Play Guitars

Learning how to play guitars is not as difficult as you might think.  If you have a real desire to be able to play the guitar and you have the time to practice on a daily basis, you can learn how to play the guitar in a short period of time.  The only thing that will really be necessary from that point forward is the time to improve on your craft so that you can learn individual playing styles.  Here is some information on how to play guitars regardless of the type of music you want to play.

All guitar playing starts with the basics.  In order to play any style of guitar music, you’re going to need to have some basic lessons.  Yes, it is possible to be able to teach yourself but you will progress quicker if you have some form of lessons.  You need to decide if you’re going to go for private lessons or if you will buy one of the tutorial programs that are available.  Private lessons are really good for people who are not as motivated as others while tutorial programs are great for self-starters who want to learn how to play guitars.

You are going to also need to have a basic mix between playing songs and doing guitar exercises.  It is necessary to do scales in order to learn how to place your fingers on the strings in order to play songs.  Don’t allow yourself to get bored by doing this too often as you can mix in some song playing with this to keep things interesting.  Provided you don’t neglect playing scales, you can actually begin to get good at playing certain songs simply by using them as a practice lesson.

After you learn the guitar playing basics, you’re going to have to begin to learn the style that you want.  You can really play anything once you know the basics from the blues to country to rock ‘n roll.  The only things that will change are the particular notes that you will play and how you play them.  Don’t get too concerned with copying your favorite artists, however, take the time to develop your own style when learning how to play guitars and keep that style unique to you.

Ronald Jenkees – Guitar Sound

download the MP3: www.ronaldjenkees.com **this tune is on my new CD, Disorganized Fun. I named it Guitar Sound. just havin some fun with a guitar sound (Hard Ramp AS1&2) on the Motif XS8. Some have asked about the “low notes” that come out when I hit those two keys up top – those are guitar effects built in the patch and for whatever reason, Yamaha put those effects on the high keys. I made the background beat using FL Studio. I start the beat by hitting the space-bar on my computer keyboard before I play on the synth. PS. I’ve read some reviews of this vid as if I’m trying to be a “keytar” player (apparently not a desirable thing, but how can you not like Edgar Winter’s “Frankenstein”) and that I should just play a real guitar. LOL @ some of those same people who probably play guitar hero (nothing against it but hopefully you see my point)! The irony! The point is, folks, if you find a fun/inspiring sound to jam with, by all means, you should JAM WITH IT! I don’t care if you find a .00 plastic trumpet. Don’t worry about the technicalities and what people say. In the long run it’s about the fun that YOU have making music. Thanks for watching!!!

Beginner Guitar Songs – Top 3 Easiest Guitar Songs Ever Written Anyone Can Play

Beginner Guitar Songs – Top 3 Easiest Guitar Songs Ever Written Anyone Can Play

Playing guitar is one of the most profound pleasures life has to offer. But a lot of beginner guitar players get discouraged too quickly. The problem is that very often they are trying to learn guitar pieces that are just too difficult for them. If you are a beginner, then you need to learn beginner guitar songs first. Here are three extremely easy songs you should start with:

1- A Horse with no Name – America

Without any doubt you know this song. It is the easiest song I can think of and my 9 year old son has played it on his very first day learning the guitar. It is very simple and there are only two chords to learn; E minor and Dadd6add9 (shown in the diagram bellow). Do not let the name of the chords scare you, both these chords only require two fingers to be played. Just in case you do not know how to read tablature, the first line represents the first string which is the high E and the last line the low E. The numbers represent which fret to play.

E minor – Dadd6add9
—–0———-0—–
—–0———-0—–
—–0———-2—– (ring finger Dadd6add9)
—–2———-0—– (middle finger E minor)
—–2———-0—– (index E minor)
—–0———-2—– (index Dadd6add9)

2- For What it’s Worth – Buffalo Springfield

This song is also made up of just two chords. These are E and A major. They are a little bit more difficult since you need three fingers to play them instead of two as in the previous song, but still, they are very easy to master. The x in the chart bellow means you do not play that string.

E major – A major
—–0———-0—–
—–0———-2—– (ring finger A)
—–1———-2—– (index E, middle finger A)
—–2———-2—– (ring finger E, index A)
—–2———-0—– (middle finger E)
—–0———-x—–

3- Feelin’ Alright – Traffic

Now the cool thing about this song is that you do not have to learn new chords. It is made up with the same two chords as in the previous song; E and A major.

Anyone Can Play Guitar If They Want To

Anyone Can Play Guitar If They Want To

If you play guitar a few times and still cannot produce your dream tunes, you are not alone. So long as you are willing to learn and put into practice consistently, you will improve and even perform much better than some guitarists out there. With the availability of online tutorials, learning how to play guitar online is so much easier as compared to learning at community clubs, classes or even churches. You can learn and practice at your own time and pace with no pressure at all.

If you have tried playing guitar a few times and am still unable to produce that perfect music you want or duplicate your favourite song, that does not mean you are lousy. You do not have to be embarrassed or put your others’ negative comments into heart. So long as you are willing to put your heart into finding an experienced guitar teacher and learn from him or her, you can easily master the essential basics quickly.

No one is born with a perfect musical gift. Even if they have parents whom one or both of them are musical talents, they still have to learn from scratch. But that really does not matter. What matters most is whether they want to put their heart and soul into learning and developed their skills. Most importantly, do they have a passion for playing guitar? Even so, are they willing to put in hours of effort and practice? If they do not, they will not go far even when forced by parents to attend guitar lessons.

Before internet, guitar lessons can only be learnt at schools, community clubs and churches. To be honest, some of those courses are still expensive especially to low income families. Even if they can afford to sign up, they may not be able to keep up with the speed of learning and found themselves struggling behind their classmates and teacher.

Even with remedial lessons, they still am not able to produce what they want or to their teacher’s expectations. That is the case with slow learners or those who have stage phobia having to play in front of the whole class.

During the pre-internet days, some classes are big with at least 20-40 students.  Because only 1 teacher is assigned to each class, he or she cannot accommodate and compromise everybody in terms of learning speed and capabilities. This becomes a big problem for slow learners who tend to give up easily after failing to meet expectations.

With internet, all these problems are eliminated at 1 go. You can do a major search engine search on Google, MSN or Yahoo for online guitar lessons. Most of these lessons come with a step-by-step training manual and video courses. With these, anyone can learn and master guitar play at their own time and pace. There is also a 24 hour online support should they learn any further enquiries. Best of all, some of those courses are free.

The first time you pick the guitar and play, you will probably not achieve much. But if you do, congratulations. Whichever the case, you need to practice with the strings consistently in order to produce that perfect tune.  This is the case not just with you but with most beginner guitarists. You need to be patient to achieve results. You will not be an expert overnight but if you keep focused on practicing, you will definitely improve as time goes by.

That is how great guitarists are developed. They start from scratch. But given the right coaching, they continued learning the essential basics and gradually developed their playing style.
