How do I know which order to play the notes in between the chord. My dad used to pick a note – then play the chord- then another note etc. He has passed but I remember this clearly. Thanks, liki

the numbers are 1 2 3 4. and they are the down beats which means u strum down. and the plus’s are the up beats which means u strum up

If I were you I would go down to the guitar shop and try all the guitars in your price range! Be careful of the super cheap guitars because alot of them have big time vibration and there strung wierd so they kill your fingers! I was very discouraged when I started with a cheapy! Yamaha makes several decent beginner guitars! I bought a small apx 500cutaway for a couple hundred bucks and it has great acoustic and plugged in sound for a beginner!

Can u check out my video, im playing twinkle twinkle little star, i only got my guitar yesterday and its liek a kids guits(fake as u may want to call it) but, um yea i got it yesterday, so can u check what im doing good and rong and what i should work on??
