Thank you so much for these lessons, i’ve had a guitar for 9 years and I’m now just starting to actually like practicing!! thank you

thelewishewitt :

@TheLiamhewitt brother mine do to

TheLiamhewitt :

I done it now my fingers hurt

LuvinLifeInCA :

Pain is normal at first. But remember to only press as hard as required! This will help to keep your hand relaxed, keep it from getting too tired, and it will make switching chords much easier.

dundermifflin365 :

no your fingers will hurt at first, you’ll tough up the more you play! :)

sailler :

No, you just take a rest… and then keep it going!! Because, no pain… no gain… that sayin doesn’t just go along for sports, but it also goes with music :) If you finger hurts… ur gnna be good with guitar if you keep it up… ur fingers will get tougher… tougher makes playing easier :)

Great stuff Justin, I’ve been trying to learn for 30 years, now I have seen your video learning it has inspired me to keep on, A,D and E chords have now only taken me 30 minutes, great.

zach118 :

This is great! I started playing two days ago using these videos, and I can already play a perfect D and A chord. Almost without looking.

simplyhenj :

i think more tutorials should focus on what NOT to do. that bit about leaving a gap and rounding the hand helped a lot.

white0nerdy :
