GinaLadiee :

How do tune your guitar without a tuner? I tried to do it with the other videos on here, but you’re the only person that actually knows what you’re doing with beginners…

bandweather1 :

These are the best YouTube guitar lessons I’ve ever seen! I had no idea learning to play guitar could be as frustrating as it is, but these lessons will definitely make it seem easier.

laurraanne :

best youtube teacher ever!

GinaLadiee :

@Tumnaselda you could try putting a bandaid on your finger. I don’t know if this will help very much, but I had to do it for a little while til my fingertips got hard.

GinaLadiee :

@Wartoz Its probably going to hurt for a while love, after a few months (depending on how long you play each day) you won’t feel it any more. I hate to say it, but you gotta keep pressing.

SandyAvendano :

thankyou so much mr. justin
you helped me a bunch! :D

YOURE TERRIFIC!!!

manager654 :

Pfff i need a better guitar.

Wartoz :

My fingers really hurt, especially the first finger. I can only keep the strings down for a few seconds. Is this normal?

rookiegenius :

man I didnt think its this hard until I practised with the actual guitar O_O

bird4pia :

tommyboy105 :

I feel like I just won the lottery for a million bucks finding your lessons. I was almost ready to give up my guitar. Finding you and your lessons have renewed my hope of now playing the guitar.
Once again, a million thank yous for all that you do to help some poor blank like myself to play guitar.
Thanks !!!!!!

tommyboy105 :

I can’t thank you enough for all you are doing. You have no idea what this means to me to be able to play the guitar. I have been trying to play since mid Feb. 2010 I just finished learning the chromatic scale and started playing a few chords. With your lessons, I finally feel like I might just start to understand all this stuff.
My fingers hurt as well. Thank you,
I don’t think I can thank you enough. So thanks again.

ThEcAtScAmEbAcK :

I love the inlays :)

zedkonrad :

my fingers do not fit between the strings

AesonWolf :

would it be a good idea for me to use the pinky as a replacement for my ring finger?

K8train21 :

Great lessons!! Best I’ve seen on the internet so far!!

juanrocks2001 :

hey i have a question, i tuned my guitar but and when i play the d chord its sounds a bit off tuned but when i play all the other chords they sound tuned. im not sure why though? help please.

obeyance :

Justin, i wish to shake your hand. I saw one of your later videos listed when i was looking for routines to practice with. I dont really have the money to afford guitar lessons but have all the time in the world to practice and learn. Your videos are going to help me astronomically in developing the skills i need to play. Thank you. Even though i have had around 20 hours of self taught practice under my belt i learned a thing or two from this video. Somethings have to be learnt from someone else

Ganzerino :

i cant get the first string to work good arghhh

orderofthebacon :

the transition from bass to guitar is quite annoying because for bass fingers need to be further apart!

funnyapples1 :

wow this is a really good video. IT addresses a lot of the minor problems beginners go through with. Great job bud

JustinSandercoe :

@putango123 just keep at it – the pain goes after a while :) you just have to let the skin toughen up a bit!

kakilo12 :

I wanna break my third finger or something just so i can get the note right ahahah

puuuuuuch :

@MEANMACHINE0001 He is. He’s from Tasmania, currently living in London.
