@Chevy5007 Yes it is normal but with constant practise it will stop hurting.

SlayingGuitars :

Gibby its gonna take different amounts of time for everyone. The best thing you can do is find a good guide and then go from their. The one I have been using is Jam-O-Rama. net (no spaces) and I swear my finger dexterity is impeccable after 2 weeks.

gibby6117 :

Would you recomend how many times a day does it take to get fast and correct on changing chords. I know every one is different however there has to be some guide lines on this. Gil

Chevy5007 :

Excellent lesson,

By the way, I have started up playing again, and had a question.

I have been playing for 24 days now and was wondering is it normal to get finger joint pain, my index mainly and pinkie finger.

It feels like the same pain that you get when you had a good work out at the gym, I was just wondering is this normal? and how long before it goes away?

nimmenoos :

this is brilliant!!! i didn’t know it was dat easy!!!

ps. does anyone have a trick to switch between c and g???? i’m finding it way too hard!!!!!!!!!!!

noXplota :
