pissballs :

Taylors are amazing but not all are created equal you do have to search for the magic one that suits your ears. I thought the GS8 sounded divine. What a resonant beast it was playing in the showroom of L&M. Played very evenly up the fretboard and setup low enough not to cack out notes and all the chords sounded perfect.

OstentatiousTyler :

What’s better in you (Whoever’s) opinion? Martin, or Taylor?

empathy97 :

The reason I’m into this video is to listen to the sound of the Taylor guitar… but this guy talk…talk…and talk…..LOL

jwhite2000 :

Geeze forwarded through this whole vid and he didnt even play it…. I would of so skipped this review if there were more reviews on the GS5

popopogi69 :

man you talk to much just play the damn guitar i wanna hear the sound

WEIRDALROXMYSOX :

From what I’ve seen, Elixirs. Gauge, I have no clue. I’ve also seen them come with those coated D’Addarios.

nick24nanda :

yes dump the yamaha!!!!

guitarslim56 :

Don’t get a Yamaha.

chobo0435 :

my taylor 210e came with elixir nanoweb medium strings

Bro, i would keep going into my local guitar store to find an investment that would fit me. Tone woods like Cocobollo, Mahogany, and Rosewood it all depends on you. Even the action could suit you differently, such as how much of experience you have can depend on how much versatility your fingers have. If you want to spend on a grand or more, find that certain guitar in the store you can’t stop going back to. It would be the best investment you can possibly ever have when you find the right one.

dragonz46 :

depends on budget, start there what’s your budget? then what type of sound do you like, more bass? more mid? more treble? what kind of style of guitar do you play? then from there you have to go play the guitars that you’ve found that might match what you want cause depending on the guitar a $600 might feel more comfortable in your hands than a $2000 guitar simply because of different makes

brianmcgranahan :

I have been playing for just over a year with no formal training. I really want to upgrade guitars however my extreme lack of knowledge on guitars themselves makes me nervous when I think of putting money into a new one. I currently use a Yamaha FD01S. ANY SUGGESTINS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

raquel1234ful :

what kind of strings do taylors usually have stock ?

scooterider01 :

just got a taylor gs5, most amazing guitar ever. if you have the money, definetely go for a taylor.

cwgoog :

Last April I made the big investment with a new GS7. I liked the Indian Rosewood back/side tonewood rather than Mahog. But I too love the GS shape and the warm Cedar top. Rock On!

cybervisionstar :

great dog! Taylor is so expensive. Be carefull newbies , Ive seen Taylors for sale at the stores and they are used and bruised and only of you really know what to look for you won’t be able to tell. Like the nut and frets and neck causeing buzzing strings.

pwrlifter69 :

played it today at guitar center thing is AMAZING!!! best sounding taylor ever!

nox104 :

Such a sweet guitar. I have a Martin which sounds amazing, but doesn’t look as good as this Taylor!

schnurr31 :

such a cute dog. glad to see your making more videos

StephenRTobias :

i actually think that mahagony is a more common back/side wood than rosewood

zaqwertyuiopasdfgh :

i am a beginer and i got a nice cort for 150 and it sounds awseom

irishwolf1981 :

Mardolin :
