fail at making it look real, if it was hooked up to an xbox 360 controller picking wouldnt be an issue because on the controller if you just hit the button it auto hits the note

its not the guitar making the electrical response its the wire connected to the pick and the strings that make a complete circuit……….. but he connected his 4 wires to the 4 buttons A,B,X, and Y and thats just stupid…….. you need to use the triggers bumpers and the A key and you would have to make them connect however the buttons complete the circuit when pressed normally on the controller…….. what he did was plain stupid….. connecting the buttons together wont work

Small issue with his controller………… Guitar hero doesnt use the X,Y, and B buttons to play it uses the triggers and the bumpers aswell as the A button…………… so this cant work with his modifications………. different connections would be required

the first problem I see is you can only 3 strings because of the wires, Yet the game requires you to hit 5.

I hope nobody actually ruins an xbox controller on this, its fake and definitly would not work, lol. A guitar string vibrating will cause no electical response to any wire, which means no electic current activating the point on the x box 360 controller.

Not really. This look like it’d take about an hour or so to do everything. If you dont know how to play a guitar you couldnt learn this song in an hour.

But you do have a good point, playing guitar hero with a real guitar is silly, but it would impress friends and family a little. :-B
